To enter this contest, all you have to do is share your Disney trip with others using a EyesOnEars Stream Channel - it's really that simple!

Then each month we will randomly select a winner from a list of that months streamers, and they will recieve a rewards package, which may include Disney Gift cards, EyesOnEars Gear, streaming gear such as web cameras, and other exciting prizes.

1. ELIGIBILITY - The Promotion is open to all EyesOnEars.com members who are at least 18 years of age living in the United States - please note that members who are not living in the United States may also enter, but may be responsible for shipping/handling/processing and/or transportation cost if they win the Disney Dream Vacation. Entry into this contest is void where prohibited by law.
   
   

2. HOW TO ENTER - To enter the contest you will need to set up a webcam while staying at a Disney destination and stream live video back to the EyesOnEars network using one of our dedicated feeds - co-hosting will not qualify. If you are unsure how to enter, please inquire within as to how you can accomplish this required task.
   
   

3. HOW TO WIN - Each month we will randomly select a name from all of that months streamers to win a monthly EyesOnEars.com rewards package. At the end of the year we will randomly select a name from all of the streamers through-out the year to win a Disney Dream Vacation.
   
   

4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION(s) - Monthly prizes may include Gift Cards for merchandise and/or monetary value, EyesOnEars Gear - T-Shirts, hats, mugs, etc, Webcams, and other exciting prizes which will be determined by the EyesOnEars.com staff. The yearly prize will consist of an all expense paid 3 day 2 night trip to Disneyworld in Orlando Florida.* No substitution or transfer of prizes will be accommodated or permitted.
   
   

5. TAX INFORMATION - Federal, state and local taxes, and all similar fees shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, in no way will EyesOnEars.com be liable for the winners fees or taxes. EyesOnEars.com further reserves the right, if appropriate, to withhold taxes from each winning prize.
   
   

6. PUBLICATION - Contest entry constitutes permission for EyesOnEars.com to use contestants' names and any information released by the contestant for promotional purposes on the Website without further compensation. Members entry into contest and/or agreeing to stream on EyesOnEars network shall necessarily constitute permission to add their live video to our network in addition constitute permission for EyesOnEars to maintain recorded video on file for current and future website use.
   
   

7. RELEASE - Members who agree to stream using the EyesOnEars.com network also hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless EyesOnEars.com; each of their legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from, or in connection with, this promotion including, but not limited to, liability arising from copyright infringement, improper use of likeness, personal injury, death, damages or monetary loss.
   
   

8. LEGAL WARNING - Please note, that EyesOnEars staff will assess and validate all streams and verify the identify of each streamer in the case that they are identified as a winner. Further EyesOnEars.com reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Contest Rules.
   
   

9. DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT(s) - EyesOnEars.com decision as to the administration and operation of the Contest and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. The potential winners will be notified by email. Return of prize notification or prize as undeliverable or non-compliance with these rules will result in forfeiture of prize. Monthly prizes will only be awarded after winner identify verification. The yearly prize will only be awarded after winner identify verification in addition to verifying that all other conditions have been met. Further, the grand prize shall only be available for winning if EyesOnEars.com are able to secure a sponsor and/or are in a financial position to award the prize.
