Winnie do I understand this correctly that the only way to get these tickets is by going to Shades of Green? Or, is there another way?

Thanks! :)

Nope... This is a seperate thing from Shades of Green.
I did call Disney and they verified that these are indeed offers being made on all disney resorts (depending on availabilty, I believe there are only a limited number of rooms available during any given time at each resort).
Although Shades of Green is running some specials too... I would have to go look up their specials.

From what I understand, the tickets do have to be bought at the gate or at your post. Though she did say she was certain there was a way to add it into a package and add on dining, even though she wasnt sure how to do so lol

Ok just looked and here is SOG special ...
The package offers a 20% discount on all available room categories, breakfast and dinner buffets in the Garden Gallery Restaurant. Limited to a one time use and ranges from a 4 to 7 consecutive night package

I hear SOG is really nice but I would go with Disney's special because its not always offered... Its been a while since Disney offered "Disney's Armed Forces Salute". I could be wrong but I think the last time was back in 2003

Thanks so much for the clarification! We all have passes, but if we can take advantage of this great discount for our Feb trip, we will use that and keep our no expiration passes for another time.

Thanks again! :)
