I just placed an order through them for the first time. We get soooo tired of leaving property to make a grocery run for breakfast and in room snack items.
It was a little more than it would have been if we had actually gone to Winn Dixie were we usually go - but well worth it I think. Also I wasn't tempted by all the "goodies" I would have been if we were at the actual grocery store.
So has anyone ever used them and if so how was your experience?

I have never used them but I have heard from a couple discussion groups that I belong to a lot of people are impressed with their services.

We've used them 3 or 4 times over the last couple of years with no problems. Our order is often times waiting for us by the time we get checked in, which is usually around noon.

Great.. thanks to both of you. I am hoping it will be painless for us - I know I am really glad we don't have to head to the grocery on our first day. Never enjoyed that.

Kinda like when we rent a place at the Outer Banks NC. Usually the rentals run Sat to Sat or Sun to Sun so the stores are crazy all weekend. We started bringing enough with us to get us through those days but then we still have to shop for the week. UGH!
Be sure to post your experience when you get back. I'm sure after what I have read elsewhere it will be a positive one!

We used Garden Grocer for our trip last July. Overall, we were pleased and will use them again. However, be careful if you make changes after you submit the order. You have to send the additions and deletions via e-mail, instead of being able to update the order online. We had some items missing and they tried to charge us two delivery fees -- one for the online order and one for the e-mailed order changes -- even though everything was being delivered on the same day at the same time.
To get around that, we're being more careful about placing the initial order. My husband has started a grocery list, first planning the meals and then making an ingredient list. Our goal is to not make any changes to our order after it's placed.

We also had some issues, also due to changes made o our original order. Namely I changed the name on the order and it was different than the credit card, so our order was "lost" for several hours. Once the name thing was straighted out they got it to us within a half an hour.
But that being said, I'll use them again next time. I just have to be more careful when I place the order.:)

I like going to the store aright after I get my rental ( around 4pm or so). This just works real well for us getting that first 4 or 5 hours in the parks then get settled in for whatever EMH park is going on.
