I've been a DIS board member since 1999 and it'a a pleasure to have found this site, (thanks, Mike). I'll be camming from the BoardWalk Feb 26 - March 6, but we're doing it on the cheap, Standard View Studio, wifey asked for first floor, so don't expect too much. The last time we were on the ground there we had all kinds of exotic birds that came around in the morning and we hand-fed them so there's that to look forward to.

I am embarrassed to say it but we didn't have much luck with the plants. Kids loved planting them and checking on them but we just have some bad soil here. I don't think we get enough sun at our place either.

Fear Not, mine were slow to start-having it blown down by a hurricane didn't help it much but by the fall I had a pretty good crop. If it will stop freezing than maybe I will have some better luck with what is already sprouting.

Hi Bill, we will be at BCV the same time you are at boardwalk. Dh was excited about that. I was looking forward go going to the boardwalk, calling my BIL and telling him to look at the site at home.

Yes krasiva - it was a big party for the international gastric band association or something like that ... they actually had Mickey and Minnie out there. It was the night of the Colts Monday Night FB game and me and my brother and law were going over to ESPN to watch it - we tried to walk up to the party and a couple of "suits" started to approach us - we just turned around and went to ESPN. LOL!

My real name is Chrissy and I from NE Ohio. DH and I fell in love with WDW on our first trip in November of 2004. It was supposed to be that "once in a life time trip", but to make a long story short... we've been back 5 more times since then!! :D We have two kids (DS5, DD2) who are also Disney freaks like us! I fell in love with my husband AT Disney World, at a RADP December meet.

We're down to one vacation a year to WDW right now, but we MIGHT BE MOVING TO TUCSON, AZ next month, and if we do, we'll get Disneyland annual passes! It's not the same, but I'll take it.

I want to learn how to stream, and give you guys some content. My husband Joe and I have a standing agreement that if a hurricane ever will make a direct hit on the Orlando area, we are going to try to get into a Bay Lake View Tower room at the Contemporary and stream the storm. Now we have a venue! I know, we're crazy. :icon_blah:

Hi Ginny! RADP was the first Disney site I ever posted on. That was quite a while ago. I've been to several meets too.

We use to live in Massachusetts but in 2004 we made the move to Florida. I now live 26 miles from EPCOT. Good deal! :D
