We checked in on Nov. 4th only to find when we added this night it did not download from DCV's system correctly, so they did not have a savannah studio for us.
The cast member was able to put us in a value for the night at no charge.
The next morning we checked out and got set up for our new room, and the manager put a rush on it and also gave us credit for one night worth of the dining plan but let us use the entitlements, gotta love that Disney service...they really want you to be happy. (and I didn't give them a hard time to begin with)
The parks we're really packed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but lightened up on Monday.
We went to the Benefit Sale on the 6th, lots of good deals but worse than Black Friday at my local mall. If anyone is thinking about next year's sale, GET THERE EARLY! we were there by 5am an the lines waiting to get in was worse than Soarin. lol.
Went to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party on the 8th expecting it to be packed being the first night, but the crowds were not bad, and the cast members did a good job of clearing the park.
Stayed one night for EMH at Epcot and was able to practically walk on everything, what a surprise.
The trip as a whole was great and I made sure to give praise to the three cast members at AKL for all of their help. Also emailed guest relations.
Anyone wondering what room we were streaming from, it was 5270...what a great view!
That's all for now, if I think of anything to add, I'll post more.
As far as all the complaints we read about poor service and rude cast members and dirty rooms, I just don't see it. Of course maybe I should have checked the room with a white glove and magnifying glass...LOL
